适用范围
本标准适用于敷设在空气或土壤中的所有交流电压等级和5kV及以下直流电压电缆稳态运行状况。土壤中包括发生或未发生局部士_壤于燥的直接理地、管道、电缆沟或钢管中敷设的电缆。术语“稳态”系指在周围环境假定不变的条件下，连续恒定电流(100%负荷因数)正好足以渐近地达到一导体的最高温度。
