【摘要】:1.1Thispracticecoverstheinstructionsakitproducermustprovidetoaconsumerinordertoassembleandsafelyflight-testarecreationalaircrafttoensurecompliancewithapplicableASTMstandards.1.2Theinstructionsprescribethenecessarymechanicalskillsortraining,orboth,requiredforsuccessfulcompletionofthekit,aswellasnecessarytooling,fixtures,inspections,measurements,andotherpertinentitemsrequiredforsuccessfulcompletionofthekit.ProofofcompliancewiththeseinstructionsmaybevitalforobtainingflightauthorizationsfromtheapplicableCAA.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
