【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesthegeneralprinciplesofamethodfordeterminingthetransientextensionalviscosityofpolymermelts.Theproceduredetailsthemeasurementofpolymermeltspecimensstretcheduniaxiallyunderconditionsofconstantstrainrateandconstanttemperature.ThemethodiscapableofmeasuringthetransientextensionalviscosityofpolymermeltsatHenckystrainratestypicallyintherange0,01sto1s,atHenckystrainsuptoapproximately4andattemperaturesuptoapproximately250℃(seeNotes1and2).Itissuitableformeasuringtransientextensionalviscosityvaluestypicallyintherangefromapproximately10Pasto10Pa·s(seeNote3).NOTE1Henckystrainsandstrainratesareused(seeClause3).NOTE2Valuesofstrain,strainrateandtemperatureoutsidetheselimitingvaluesmaybeattained.NOTE3Theoperatinglimitofaninstrument,intermsofthelowesttransientextensionalviscosityvaluesthatcanbemeasured,isduetoacombinationoffactors,includingtheabilityofthespecimentomaintainitsshapeduringtestingandtheresolutionoftheinstrument.AlistofdocumentsrelatedtothisInternationalStandardisgivenintheBibliography.
