【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesgeneralrulesandsafetyrequirementsforpneumaticfluidpowersystemsandcomponentsusedonmachineryasdefinedbyISO12100:2010,3.1.Itdealswithallsignificanthazardsassociatedwithpneumaticfluidpowersystemsandspecifiesprinciplestoapplyinordertoavoidthosehazardswhenthesystemsareputtotheirintendeduse.NOTE1SeeClause4andAnnexA.ThesignificanthazardnoiseisincompletelydealtwithinthisInternationalStandard.NOTE2Noiseemissiondependsespeciallyontheinstallationofpneumaticcomponentsorsystemsintomachinery.ThisInternationalStandardappliestothedesign,constructionandmodificationofsystemsandtheircomponents,alsotakingintoaccountthefollowingaspects:a)assembly;b)installation;c)adjustment;d)uninterruptedsystemoperation;e)easeandeconomyofmaintenanceandcleaning;f)reliableoperationinallintendeduses;g)energyefficiency;andh)environment.ThisInternationalStandarddoesnotapplytoaircompressorsandthesystemsassociatedwithairdistributionastypicallyinstalledinafactory,includinggasbottlesandreceivers.
