【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandarddetailsgenericgasketparametersforuseinEN1591-1duringpreliminarycalculationsduringwhichthetypeofgaskettobeusedinanapplicationistobedecided.Oncethegaskettypehasbeendecidedtheparametersforgasketsofthattypefromthedifferentpotentialcommercialsuppliersshouldbeusedinfurthercalculationsaswithinagaskettypetherewillbedifferencesdependinguponthesupplier.WARNING—ForthefinalcalculationsusingthemethodgiveninEN1591-1thereaderisdirectedtoobtaingasketparametersfortheselectedgenerictypeofgasketfromtheintendedgasketmanufacturer.Thisisbecausethedataforagenericgaskettypewillvarybetweenmanufacturers.Thisvariationcanbeseeninthetablesofdatawhichareembodiedinthisdocument.
