【摘要】:ThisTechnicalSpecificationspecifiesascreeningmethodforthedetectionofthephosphataseactivityincow'smilkanddriedmilk,buttermilkandbuttermilkpowder,andwheyandwheypowder.Twoalternativeprocedures(AandB)aregiven.ProcedureAisthesimplerasitdoesnotincludeaclarificationtreatmentandisespeciallysuitedformilk.ProcedureBincludesaclarificationstepwhichallowsamoresensitivedetectionthroughwhichbetterquantitativeresultscanbeobtained,ifdesired.Ifeithermethodisusedforcheckingtheproperpasteurizationoftheseproductsortheirrawmaterials,thenfurthertestsarenecessarytoensurethatthephosphataseactivityisnotduetoeitherheat-stablemicrobialphosphatase(see9.3.1)orreactivatedphosphatase(see9.3.2).NOTEAmethodusingapatentedproprietaryreagentisdescribedinAnnexA.
